Knitting Resources
So, knitting and other yarny activities have been a big part of my life and I figured I'd share some sites and things I found useful over the years. I may even upload a pattern or two, if I'm bothered to record what I'm doing.
First of all, I should shamelessly plug Trinity KnitSoc. KnitSoc was my home in Trinity and I met a large chunk of my dearest people there. We welcome all, regardless of what yarncraft they do. If you've ever wanted to learn to knit, or just want a good cup of tea, I'd highly recommend joining and heading to a Stitch&Bitch
KnittyGreat for patterns, knitting techniques and meta-knitting articles
RavelryOne of the first places you should check when looking for a pattern
TechKnittingA knitting technique blog that I find far too fascinating. A wonderful resource for obscure knitting needs
YoutubeSo long as you can put up with the American accent, you can learn anything on Youtube. PinkKnitting is a good start point
The Yarn HarlotArguable the knitting blog. Humorous, infomative and ever inspiring, I'd start at the start and do an archive trawl of this one. You'll be in stitches
