Registration for the conference is available from a secure web-server, hosted by Conference Organisers Ltd.

Terms and conditions.

The delegates registration fee includes:

• Sunday's welcome reception in Trinity College's dining hall
• Ticket to one of the excursions on Wednesday 27th July
• The conference dinner in the Burlington Hotel on Thursday
• Admission to all sessions of the scientific programme
• Conference pack, including a book of abstracts
• Morning and afternoon refreshments during official breaks

• Sunday's welcome reception in Trinity College's dining hall
• Ticket to one of the excursions on Wednesday 27th July
• The conference dinner in the Burlington Hotel on Thursday

Completed registration/accommodation booking forms should be returned before 20th May 2005 to avail of reduced fees.

Please note that your form must be accompanied by full payment of registration fee(s) and accommodation.

Payment must be made in euros. The methods of payment which are acceptable are detailed on the Registration Form. Please ensure payment is net of all charges to us. Any bank charges deducted from your payment will be reinvoiced out. An administration fee of 2% applies to all credit card payments.

Refunds for registration fees, accommodation and optional social events are applicable as follows:

• On/before 23 May 2005: Full refund (less € 50 administration fee)
• 23 May-23 June: 50% refund
• After 23 June: no refund

All nationalities visiting Ireland require valid passports. Visas are not currently required of EU nationals, EFTA nationals, or USA, Canadian or Australian nationals; but they do require a valid passport. Information on nationalities requiring a visa may be obtained from any Irish Embassy, Consulate or Irish Tourist Office.

Please note that it can take 4/5 weeks to process a visa application and early application is recommended. The Local Organising Committee or its agents cannot act for or intercede on behalf of any delegate in connection with a visa application, nor accept any responsibility in connection with visa applications. Please also note the normal cancellation policy for registration fees, accommodation and tour deposits will apply in the event that a delegate is unable to attend the conference due to late submission of their visa application and/or rejection of same.

The Local Organising Committee or its agents will not be responsible for any medical expenses, loss, damages or accidents during the conference. In the event that, for whatever reason, the conference has to be cancelled or postponed, the Local Organising Committee and/or its agents will be responsible only for refund of monies received. We recommend that delegates insure themselves for medical and cancellation charges.
