The XXIII International Symposium on Lattice Field Theory, held from Monday 25th July to Saturday 30th July 2005, is hosted by the School of Mathematics, Trinity College, Dublin.

2005 is the 200th anniversary of the birth of William Rowan Hamilton, Ireland's greatest scientist. It has been designated "Hamilton Year: Celebrating Irish Science".

Lattice 2006 will be held in Tucson, Arizona, 23-28 July 2006.
