given by Sergey in 2005/6. It is intended to follow this closely. The section numbers refer to Anton edition 8; the 7th edition has the same chapter division but the sections are different.

- Limits and Continuity

- Differentiation of functions of one variable.
Anton (Calculus): Chapter 3.
- Antiderivatives and integration.
Anton (Calculus): Chapter 5, Chapter 6 Sections 6.5-6.8, and
Chapter 8 Sections 8.1-8.4.
- Trigonometric and hyperbolic functions, and the corresponding
inverse functions; logarithmic function, exponential function.
