This day last year, Eileen Ó Dúill spoke about Forensic Genealogy: Locating Missing Heirs.

Various such cases have been discussed in the Clare Past Forum.

    The genealogist's dream would be

    1. to find an ancestor who was an heir in an old intestacy case
    2. to find the very voluminous legal file relating to the case in the attic or the courthouse or the National Archives
    3. to find two such ancestors (Waldron v. Dee)
