Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend, you can make a substitution at no extra charge. All substitutions must be made via email to the organising committee (emgm2019 AT tcd.ie) prior to the conference. Please note that refunds will be made less a handling charge (30 EUR) for cancellations received via email prior to March 15, 2019. No refunds will be made after this date.
