[ 3e^t - re^-t  e^t + 2e^-t   ]
 
This is impossible since e^A0 should be I
 
then your answer with initial values would be something
like
[ e^t + e^-t    3e^t + 4 e^-t ]   [ 6 ]
[ 3e^t - re^-t  e^t + 2e^-t   ]   [ 7 ]

and without initial values, just write it as
[ e^t + e^-t    3e^t + 4 e^-t ]   [ x_0 ]
[ 3e^t - re^-t  e^t + 2e^-t   ]   [ y_0 ]
