Abstract
Here are some Internet maps we have collected in the SCAN project at ISI. These maps are anonymized--they do not contain router IP addresses. The format of these files is simple. Each line represents one router. The first word in the line is the anonymized "name" of the router, the remaining words (following the :) are the routers which are adjacent to this router.
The SCAN map: This map was obtained circa October/November 1999 using the Mercator software.
The Lucent map: This map was obtained from traceroutes collected by the Internet Mapping project at Lucent Bell Laboratories circa November 1999. In order to generate this map, we extracted the router adjacencies from the traceroutes, then applied the alias resolution procedure described in our paper.
The SCAN+Lucent map: This map was obtained by carefully merging identical routers in the Lucent and SCAN maps.
