Course outline:
 Methods of integration (including integration by parts, trigonometric substitutions and numerical integration)
 Differential equations (including separable and linear first order differential equations)
 Infinite series (including convergence tests and Taylor series)
 Geometry (including parametric curves, polar coordinates)
 Partial differentiation (introduction)
There are two parts to MA1S12, the other part is Discrete Mathematics with Dr. Colm Ó Dúnlaing.

Recommended reading:

Calculus, Late Transcendentals. 9th edition by H. Anton, I. Bivens, S. Davis.
We will cover most of Chapters 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 and sections 13.1, 13.3.
