GENERAL THEORY:The the speed at which time passes is inversely proportional to how fast you would like it to pass.The bus is prehaps the best model of this theory. If you wait for a bus you will do just that, wait( while time moves by slowly) the longer you have waited the more you want the bus to arrive as a result time moves slower, this process is circular letting time tend to infinity we discover the bus will never arrive and hence you assume you have missed the bus when in fact your waiting on it has caused it to dissappear into the black lightless realm of infinty.
Applications of the genral theory: The "A watched egg never boils time machine" as stated in the general theorythe longer you wait for something the slower time moves and also the less likely it is to happen. Watching a pot boil is another model of this case, however in this case there are many variables, hunger, pot size, egg size, did the guy remember to turn the cooker on etc... it is proposed that by building an egg big enough and a pot small enough one can travel through time in the following way, as the person watches the pot a "time envelope" surrounds them inside this time envelope time travels much slower than that of time outsidethe envelope, when the egg has boiled time outside will have passed by eons while time inside will have passed by only 3 minutes hence the chef will have forward travelled in time
Unfortunately recent experiments and calculations made showed that the amount of water required in the pot will always be greater than the amount that the pot can actually hold through an inverse square law, and so time travel as always remains impossible! Interestingly however, these equations are independent of the egg.
Apple Theory states that apple is a number, the ultimate number, the final number. By this theory, infinity being just a concept, is prooven to be non existant in the following way. Because apple is the greatest and biggest number imaginable by deffinition there cannot be another greater than it, infinity being previously without bounds simply cannot exist if apple is the limit of all numbers. due to the existance of apple maths can now move along mutch more easily, irrational numbers can only have apple decimal places and hence are now rational, parralell lines which had been thought to meet at infinity, cannot as infinity does not exist. The definition of apple is as follows: The largest number the human brain is capable of comprehending plus one, apple holds then the abilty to make people go insane.
Apple is a measurable quantity, unlike infinty and although it has yet to be found proof of its existence is found from looking at the behavior of computers. We are unsure of how.
