"Prohibition will work great injury to the cause of Temperance. It is a species
of intemperance within itself, for it attempts to control a man's appetite by
legislation and makes a crime out of things that are not crimes. A prohibition
law strikes at the very principles upon which our government was founded."
-- Abraham Lincoln 1809 - 1865
"Two of the most famous products of Berkeley are LSD and Unix. I don't think that
this is a coincidence."

Note that I use php a lot with a php package called Smarty. With this package you might get a line at the top of the page saying something like:

contents=# created on the Fri Oct 04 14:56:56 BST 2002
(with a different date) then just refresh the page and this line will disappear and all the menus will be at the correct height.

This webpage is best viewed with Mozilla. The width of this page is 900px so adjust the size of your browser to suit that.
