The training was held between 8th June/22nd August, 2004 in Montreal, Canada, and I stayed with friends.

Co-Ed training.
Panic seem to be a growing team as they are a combination of people fromaround Montreal who all have skills and are learning to put them together. The pliometrics and drills to begin with where good as they kept things ata high intensity level and gave people a good workout.
The scrimmage game at the the end seemed a little bit odd to me. Perhaps it is my inexperience with co-ed ultimate but the offense didn't seem to utilise all the players on the pitch. It seamed to be geared around isolating individuals rather than creating mis-matches. Like I said though, I have very little experience of proper co-ed ultimate and so this might be a big piece of nievety on my part. Feel free to get in touch and give me your comments as I would love to get other people's opinions.
