The purpose of this project is to develop a very new type of simulation environment that will permit a large number of participants each to assume one of many possible roles that would be defined for a particular type of simulation. The type of simulation of immediate interest is one that permits a group of participants to investigate the consequences of following different strategies for a completely restructured electric power industry in the U.S.
