Short Review: Still not quite there.
Half of this book is the reunion between Swampie and Abby, which reads like one of those attempts to deal with other people's continuity that you can see over in Hellblazer right about now, although not as successful, and the other half is a collection of "people about to die" biographs, which serves as a prelude to the ascendancy of this arc's badguy. Unfortunately, this arc hasn't advanced sufficiently for us even to hate the badguy much. Still, great cover by John Totleben.
