Preacher 6

Story by Garth Ennis
Art by Steve Dillon

Vertigo, $2.50

Short Review: Mystery. Comedy. Alcohol.

It probably says something about Preacher that when its biggest fan that I know of finished this issue, he needed quite a bit of convincing before he believed that we'd missed one. It certainly can't have done much for the plot. Anyway, Jesse tries to chat up Tulip, Cassidy introduces his friend (who Has A Secret) and we see the unluckiest cop in the world, and his bigoted partner. All good fun, and another contender for line of the year, again from Cassidy.

"He said somethin' about the Pope, so I pissed on his Harley. I always get Catholic on Heroin."
