Vertigo, $2.50
Short Review: More Fun with God and bullets.
This series is shaping up to be a lot of fun, as well as whatever else it's going to have to grow up to be. This issue, we see what the Saint of Killers does when confronted with angry policemen (Go on, guess), we find out what Hugo Root's homelife is like, and we discover Cassidy's secret (yes, that's right, the same one that's been printed at the back of every Vertigo book for two months now). Naturally, Cassidy get all the best lines, with the exception of "Shampoo and conditioner?, Fuck no, cop's blood-- ". Steve Dillon's usual high standard of art makes this a hard ride to miss.
