Vigilante: City Lights, Prairie Justice 2 (of 4)

Story by James Robinson
Art by Tony Salmons

DC, $2.50

Short Review: Nasty, brutish and short.

So, this issue, we get the Vigilante running around killing badguys, until Bugsy Siegal gets tired of him, and hires a psychopath from his past to kill him. There's no sympathetic characters, no plot beyond the summary above, and no suspense in the final cliffhanger. God only knows what magic James Robinson is working over in Starman, but it is utterly missing in this rubbish.
