Short Review: Is groovy.
So. Julie's back, she's pregnant, and Sarah and the Maxx just slept together. So, he storms out, they talk, some other conversation goes on in a jail, and it's all wonderfully watchable, more so because they don't have a meaningful plot bit this month (except the jail cell, but it's just more talking. Great swell dialogue by Mr. Messner-Loebs, and more groovy art than you can shake a stick at. The art is evolving, too, with more conventional expressions grafting themselves onto the usual cartoonish bodies. Have I said Groovy yet?
