Short Review: Still very good.
This issue, like the first, deals with one of the aspects of superhero life that you don't much think about: With all those heroes flying around, not all of them can keep their identity secret forever. Some small-time crook finds out the ID of Jack-In-The-Box, a wonderfully scary clown hero, and has a hard time making anything out of it. There's also some nostalgia for the old days (30 years ago) and some great art by Brent Anderson.
