Hellshock 3

Story by JaeLee& Jose Villarrubia
Art by Jae Lee

This series, despite it's ignominious start, (which will, according to rumour, be atoned for by a larger than usual final issue) is starting to turn into a stylish, interesting and moody book. The relationship between Hellshock, Isabelle and Jonakand is revealed, Josh enters hew house of his new friend Evan, and the cop starts searching for the big picture. This isn't ground-breaking work, but it's more than competently done, and aided by the art, which, with the aid of Jose Villarrubia's colouring, has improved to impressive depictions of both beauty ad terror. Good Stuff.
