Alice Cooper: The Last Temptation 2

Story by NeilGaiman
Art by Micheal Zulli

The second instalment of this story by Gaiman based on an album by Cooper is, like the first issue, high on mood, and gorgeous to look at, but short on original ideas. The Cooper figure, stuck between the introductory act and the denouement, possesses our teenage hero's friends and family, and a gratuitous dream sequence, in order to tempt him towards joining the cast of "my little theatre". It's no coincidence that Gaiman and/or Zulli saw fit to make the study book for English Ray Bradbury's "Something Wicked this way comes".
