This is the concluding part of the murder-at-sea two-parter, and details Frank going through the motions of finding the people who framed him, and brining the villains to justice. The dialogue, as you'd expect from Allred, is entertainingly strange, while the actual plot goes through a few rnjoyable surprises, as well as an entirely wonderful fight scene. If you'd be seen in public reading some thing best described as 'Kooky superheros', then this is the one for you.
