Xombi 7
Story by JohnRozum
Art by J.J. Birch
A new storyline for Xombi open this issue, with the introduction of a
villain, Manuel Dexterity. A human torso on top of a giant hand, he
possesses the power to kill people by showing to them, by physical
touch, all their unresolved hopes and aspirations. What this allows John
Rozum to do, much like Rachel Pollack in this month's Doom Patrol, is investigate the
wishes and desires of his main character. The trouble is, he doesn't
have any. So, he just beats the hell out of Manuel. There's nothing
particularly wonderful or eye-catching this issue, although it does bode
all over the place for the next few issues.
