Short Review: It won a WHAT?
Apparently this won an Eisner for best new comic. I suppose it's fairly understandable: The basic concept is fairly funny, and would appeal to the average writer/artist. The problem is, past the concept and the, uh, effective art, the writings terrible. A page devoted to a joke. Five devoted to an idea he likes. And Shannon Wheeler, in the innovative step of appearing in his own comic to do auto-bio. Just Wonderful.
