Short Review: Violence doesn't solve anything. It is kind of funny, though.
"Night of the Living Duck" doesn't on first glance have much originality in the plot department: Toys come to life, and start killing people. It's the interaction between this plot and the Duckman family (as well as the evil genius behind it all) that makes it worth watching. Besides some blatant fourth-wall stuff featuring Charles and Mambo, there's the vicarious pleasure of watching Duckman oscillate between homicidal and stupid. There's very few actual jokes, now that I come to think of it, more character humour than anything else. If you liked the cartoon series, this may very well be your cup of tea. Otherwise, I can't recommend it.
