Short Review: Not as good as I remember.
This series used to be funnier as I remember. Now, it's down to about one actual joke per page, although some of the ideas are neat. The first story deals with Dr. Radium's encounter with the Hall of Conscience, while the second shows his plan for a new building being processed by the local council. There's too much of the rest of the world, and not enough of the bad doctor. Cynical, though, thank god.
