Short Review: Groovy
This tells the story of the Maniac Gang, the villains from the normal Atomic City Tales book, without the hero Big Bang. It's a lot of slightly skewed fun, again bearing some resemblance to Mike Allred. Very refreshing, particularly if you like villains who aren't psychopaths.
